Fingers Pie Shop began in 2020, during a season of uncertainty, resilience, and rebuilding. What started as a dream quickly became a necessity—and then a calling. As a first-time, soon-to-be single mother, I built this business from the ground up during the pandemic, teaching myself every step along the way and pouring my heart into creating something meaningful, sustainable, and comforting.

Fingers Pie Shop was born from a love of baking, storytelling through food, and the belief that simple things—like a warm hand pie and a good cup of coffee—can create moments of calm and connection.

Over the years, this dream has grown into a vision to become one of the first dedicated pie-focused food trailers, serving handcrafted sweet and savory hand pies alongside thoughtfully prepared espresso, coffee, and tea. We are very proud to say that in 2026, we will be designing, building, and opening Fingers Cafe & Bakery.

Every pie, cookie, and cup we serve reflects where we started: from scratch, with intention, and with care. Fingers Cafe & Bakery is more than a bakery on wheels—it’s a reminder that something beautiful can be built even in the hardest seasons, and that comfort food can carry meaning far beyond the plate.
